What to write about
Pick the address that fits your message. The addresses are listed below.
- Bug reports: tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what happened. Include your browser and version, your device and operating system, the file type and roughly how large the file was. A screenshot of any error message helps a lot.
- Feature requests: describe the job you are trying to do, not only the tool you imagine. We build in order of how many people ask.
- Questions about a format or a result: send the details and we will explain what the tool is doing.
- Privacy requests: access, deletion and the other rights described in the privacy policy go to privacy@picturetoolbox.com.
Please do not attach private files
You do not need to send the file that caused a problem. Your files never reach our servers, and we would rather not receive personal photos or documents. If we need a sample, we will ask for a harmless test file.
What to expect
We read every message. Replies usually arrive within a few business days, and bug reports with clear steps get answered fastest. We cannot offer individual help with editing tasks, recover lost files, or give legal or medical advice.
We do not respond to unsolicited sales, link-exchange or sponsored-post offers.
